Its amazing what one yoga pose can do. Try this one after work today and feel refreshed!

This pose builds a healthy spine. It relieves pains or tension in the upper spine caused by work or poor posture. It will adjust the spinal column where there may be any displacement. It can also cure the tendency of flatulence immediately after meals.

Lie on your chest, resting your forehead to the ground. Keep your palms flat on the ground by the side of the chest in line with the nipples. Lift your head. Take it back fully. Raise the upper part of the body up to the navel. Gaze upwards and open your chest. Breathe. Maintain this position for 5-10 breaths. Come down gradually in reverse order. Do for 3-5 rounds for complete relaxation.
